Because this equipment needs long-term and stable production under high-pressure environment, the molding area is 650*1200mm.The main board of the equipment is processed by our own gantry machining center to ensure the accuracy of hole size.The thickness of the upper plate of the main body of the press is 65mm, and two heightening stiffeners are used horizontally to fix it with the equipment through multiple M16 screws. The thickness of the lower plate is 65mm, and the thickness of the middle plate of the two fixed molds is 60mm, so as to ensure the high-pressure production of the equipment and produce relatively flat filler products;There are 8 guide pillars of the main body of the press, all of which are plated with hard chromium to ensure the guidance of the equipment;The machine adopts the upper high-pressure oil cylinder and the lower double bar connecting rod, which is linked up and down, and the output is about 20% higher than that of the upper and lower double oil cylinder press equipment, which has the great advantage of high-speed molding.The thick equipment host and accurate size can ensure the efficient and stable production of the machine and the normal service life of no less than 10 years.
2. Equipment body:
The equipment base is welded with 120 I-steel as a whole to ensure the stable production of the machine in complex terrain environment and the body is not deformed;The new cantilever control panel is adopted for the equipment, which saves land space and is easy to operate with one key start;
3. Control system:
The control system adopted by the equipment is independently developed by the company. After 19 years of verification, the picture is simple and clear, and the operation is stable. New workers can start it in an hour, which is convenient for operation.The control system adopts touch-screen PLC control and servo motor feeding, which is accurate. The electrical part of the machine adopts modular assembly, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement. The original electrical cabinet uses Chint brand.The control system has an automatic alarm function. When the machine fails, the touch screen displays a fault alarm to prompt the cause of the fault, so as to quickly find and solve the problem.The control system has two built-in operation modes. Under the normal mode, the product can be pressed by multiple of the mold length; In the pattern matching mode, the integral multiple cutting of the pattern of the die can be realized, which plays a considerable role in practical use. 4. Heating system:
The furnace plate of this equipment adopts a single U-shaped heating tube, and the Austrian instrument digital display module controls the temperature separately, which is fast in heating up, energy-saving and durable.The furnace plate can be moved back and forth through the aluminum support guide rail, which is convenient for adjustment, and the air cylinder is used to lift and lower, so as to prevent excessive heating of sheets in case of emergencies.
5. Feeding and discharging system:
The feeding system adopted by this equipment can realize automatic feeding of coiled materials within 200kg. The feeding system adopts advanced and simple infrared induction discharging, which can basically realize continuous feeding and stable operation during the processing of the whole roll of sheets, and it is very difficult to break down.
6. Hydraulic system:
The hydraulic system independently developed by our factory adopts high-pressure oil pump, domestic first-line hydraulic components, and parallel copper tube cooling, which can realize 24-hour uninterrupted production and stable operation for many years.
7. Automatic cutting system:
The equipment is equipped with a cutting platform, which can automatically cut the finished products, and can also be cut manually.The automatic cutting table of the equipment can realize turnover, sheet placement, blanking, stacking, counting and conveying.It can release 2.4 meters of products.
