Product Description

New Design PP Net Fill Cooling Tower Net Filler

The PP Net filter is specially applied for animal husbandry deodorization, easy cleanning and installing. The specific surface area of 125 m2/m3 after, gap rate was 97%, the advantage is that the wind resistance is very small, 900 mm legnth and 450 mm width. when the wind speed 1.5 m/s a shade of the pressure drop is less than 15 pa, and anti-clogging capability is strong, free maintenance during equipment operation. And service life is more than 20 years. At present, this PP net filter is widely used in the European countries for animal husbandry deodorization.

The Net fill (Non-glued assembly fill) have been specially designed for medium to strongly polluted cooling water, it focus of the development being on a high stability as well as on easy and economical installation. Therefore these fills are built from mechanically joint grids and are easily cleaned. The Net grid packings are high-performance fills which provide an optimized pressure drop.
